I originally wrote a review only giving Flowers by Lou Ann a one star because when I received a picture of the arrangement I sent, it wasn't anything like the picture and I was very disappointed. I have changed my review because The owner, Lou Ann, called me personally and was very gracious in rectifying the situation. It is not every day when you get a call like that and it was appreciated. She is very proud of her business and I would recommend if you want specific flowers to call her to express your desires, and she will. Thank you Lou Ann.

I have used Flowers by Lou Ann twice now and I highly recommend her floral shop. She tries to see each floral arrangement before it goes out. She has high standards and creates quality floral arrangement for all occasions.

I stopped in to get a flower arrangement for my sister in the hospital, i loved a flower arrangement that was premade but the vase was too big, they took the flowers and put in another beautiful vase and they were absolutely gorgeous and lasted a long while. My sister loved them. Thank you for brightening her day with such beautifulness.
